Del Love’s Southern Asada Dinner for 30: This dinner will be prepared, cooked and served outside at your location. Each menu item is cooked on site over open fires and served on wooden planks. It is a hands-on type of meal that includes an assortment of grilled Spanish sausages, ribs, steak, roasted root vegetables and chocotora desserts that will take a few hours to complete. All cooking equipment will be set up on site on wood serving tables with all platters, plates, bowls and utensils provided.
