CCA Skidaway's summer programs kick off on June 6th with an Introduction to Fishing with the kids from Salvation Army. We a
re looking for 10-12 volunteers to support this program as we are expecting about 30 campers from the greater Savannah area.
Volunteers should arrive @ the kid’s lagoon by 9:00 AM for setup & orientation. The event will begin @ 9:30 & should end by 11:30. CCA will provide rods, reels & bait. All we need is a group of enthusiastic volunteers for coaching on how to bait hooks, casting techniques & handling fish. Based on the tremendous results @ our recent Kid’s Fishing Derby we anticipate another great event. Thanks for your consideration.
